The current dates are for the period August 31st – September 3rd and Fiere di Parma S.p.A. is working towards a new concept for the event. The exhibition halls at Fiere di Parma will comply with government regulations and put in place all relevant coronavirus protective measures. The health and safety of all attendees is a top priority. The 20th edition of Cibus, which occurred as a face-to-face exhibition from 31 August 2021 to 3 September 2021, marked a turning point for the event. The edition received many participants despite the ongoing pandemic. About 40000 visitors including 2000 foreign representatives attended the rendition. Such numbers both met and exceeded the targets set by the event organisers. 2000 exhibitors took part in the 20th edition of the fair. Among the highlights was the attendance of three ministers, as well as the visiting of key players in the supply chain. Organisers intend to host a record edition in 2022 after the success of the 2021 one. Cibus 2022 will take place between 3 May 2022 and 5 May 2022 in Parma.
