By visiting or using this website, and the services of Go Fair Ltd in general, you hereby agree and accept the following terms.
1.1. The information on this site is posted in good faith and updated regularly, but Go Fair Ltd cannot guarantee its completeness and accuracy. Go FairLtd can update, change or delete any information on this website without prior notice. Go FairLtd does not warrant that this website will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any information or other material accessible from this site is free of viruses or other harmful components.
1.2. Go FairLtd cannot be held responsible for any discrepancy between the hotel description given on the website and the reality as the hotel descriptions have been reported exactly as given to Go FairLtd by the hotel's management or as printed in the hotel's brochure or official hotel guide. In particular, Go Fair Ltd does not guarantee its accuracy and disclaims liability for inaccuracies relating to hotel and other supplier photographs, hotel property, cruise, automobile and other product descriptions and lists of hotel amenities and other product descriptions displayed on this website, much of which are provided by the respective suppliers.
1.3. Go FairLtd has no legal, commercial or organisational connection with the fair organisers.
1.4. Go FairLtd does not operate on behalf of or with the endorsement of any of the event organisers mentioned on this site. The names of the shows published on this website may be registered trademarks to which Go FairLtd has no claims.
1.5. If you place a booking with Go FairLtd. then the booking terms apply to your contract with Go Fair Ltd. In the event of any inconsistency between the booking terms and the site terms, the booking terms prevail.
2.1. Any booking made or order placed by you shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase the relevant accommodation subject to these booking conditions. No contract between you and Go FairLtd. shall come into existence until Go FairLtd:
2.2. When the payment has been confirmed and received, an email confirmation will be sent to you.
2.3. Where Go FairLtd. is unable to confirm the initial requested accommodation, an alternative may be offered and an email will be sent to advise you of the details. The reservation will be held for 48 hours in order for you to signify acceptance by return mail.
3. Making a Reservation for a Private House or an Apartment
3.1. All our private houses and apartments are normally privately inhabited and leased only during your visit. Landlords could inhabit the property during your stay, in separate rooms, floors.
3.2. Basements/attics/annex buildings are never provided to guests, therefore could and might be inhabited by the Landlords during your stay.
3.3. You might encounter landlord's belongings in the properly as well. The landlords only have to provide half of a wardrobe in every room to the guests.
3.4. Landlords agree to the fact that during trade shows guests will be living in their houses/apartments and partly use their furniture/ wardrobes/ kitchen equipment, etc.
3.5. All the photos we have for the property will be provided to you before the time of booking. Go Fair Ltd cannot be held responsible for any difference in the actual exterior and interior of the property, nor its current condition at the time of your visit. All complaints are to be taken with the Landlord upon arrival.
3.6. A safety deposit might be requested upon arrival. It will be refunded back to you at departure, should there be no damage to the property.
3.7. All private Houses and apartments are 100% non-refundable after being booked and paid. No-show and future cancellations are non-refundable.
In the event of a confirmed booking becoming unavailable, we will endeavour to offer an alternative hotel at an equivalent standard and price in the best location at that stage. If no such alternative is available we shall refund the cost of your original booking with Go Fair Ltd to you. We will also endeavour to contact you in advance and advise you of this unavailability. However, where it is not possible to contact you in advance we shall endeavour to ensure that the relevant hotel looks after any change of accommodation as quickly and efficiently as possible. In any of the above cases, Go Fair Ltd is not subject to any claims from the client's side and cannot be liable for any additional expenses that the client may incur as a result of a confirmed hotel becoming unavailable.
4.1 Rates and Price Variations
We reserve the right to vary prices and rates in the event of changes in exchange rates or price rises made by wholesalers or other suppliers. If the cost of any service increases due to exchange rate fluctuations, price increases, tax changes or any other reason, you are required to pay the increase when notified by us or you may cancel the booking which may result in cancellation fees. Rates quoted are appropriate to the particular product at the time of quoting and these rates may change prior to the travel date. All prices are subject to availability and are valid only for the dates indicate and can be withdrawn or varied without notice.
Full payment for your reservation should be made before the date indicated in the confirmation e-mail sent by Go Fair Ltd. For bookings over GBP 3000 and travelling for more than 3 months, it may be possible to pay a deposit at the time of confirmation. Any booking not deposited with us by this time will be automatically cancelled without notification. Deposit conditions for certain accommodation and tour products may vary and Go Fair Ltd will advise you in writing of these conditions at the time of booking. The accommodation provider reserves the right to request full payment in advance if your stay is falling within a busy period (trade show, exhibition or conference taking place) and such reservation is not refundable.
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to Go FairLtd. Cancellation charges will be applied in relation to the notice period between notification of cancellation and the date of stay at each place of accommodation within a booking. Any changes or modifications to a booking will be treated as cancellations and will incur cancellation charges. The only exception to this will be where additional rooms/beds/cots/nights are added to existing confirmed accommodation or nights.
6.1. Standard Terms
Any amendment or cancellation made will incur a 20.00 GBP charge per booking where no special conditions apply.
Any cancellation made 1 month prior to arrival will incur a first-night stay charge per room.
Cancellations made between 1 month and 14 days prior to your stay will incur 30 % charges.
Cancellations made less than fourteen days prior to arrival date will incur 50 % charges.
6.2. Special Conditions
For bookings made for busy periods (trade show, exhibition or conference taking place) any amendments and/or cancellations will incur 100 % charges.
6.3 Proforce Limited
The tour operator is not responsible for circumstances beyond their control, which cause changes in the program of reservations or force majeure (natural disasters, military actions, mass protests, strikes, etc.) that impede a specific trip!
Any complaint regarding the hotel must be notified to the hotel reception desk or to the relevant hotel representative during your stay at the hotel and the hotel management must be given
Go Fair Ltd reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which this website is offered and you agree to accept and be bound by those terms, conditions, and notices that are in effect at the time of your use of Go Fair Ltd website and facilities.
