Thank you very much. Everything was good. We were pleased with the accommodation and the convenient location, and the landlord’s contact person was really friendly and helpful. One thing to mention is that we were unaware that a €500 cash deposit was required on check-in.. Anyway, we were happy over all, so thank you again.

As the operating and marketing manager of our new office abroad, sometimes one just doesn`t have enough time to take care of small details that come back to haunt you at the very last minute. Even though, I was not familiar with your company before and I had never worked with an external company either, you remained reassuring and have kept your word. thank you for your support. The organization was fine. The Hotel was of good quality and the location was very good for the exhibition center. Shuttle service good organized. So, the global feed back is positive. I will come back to you for the organization of CPHI Frankfurt of 2013. We would like to stay in the same hotel as last year, Steigenberger Frankfurter Hof. Your service was good and professional. The Bristol was not really up to my expectations roomwise., but quite good brakfastwise. All in all it was an average stay vs the price paid

One of my colleagues tried to check in after 11pm using the self-service system it found is booking, asked him to enter my address, and then when pressed to confirm it said it couldn’t process my check-in. This happened to another colleague arriving late due to flight delays -the system is unreliable/faulty, which is a particular issue when the check-in desk is unmanned. Both had to use the hotel's emergency number. Overall the hotel was clean and service was ok.
